Ciera's hometown is Milwaukee, WI. She began working at MSU CAPS in 2022 as a Doctoral Intern, then as a Post-Doctoral Fellow, and now a Staff Psychologist. Ciera is trained as a generalist and has developed a niche for the professional interests listed below.
