Shelby Gombosi serves as Associate Director of The Resource Center for Persons with Disabilities (RCPD).
In this role, Shelby supports the overall management and leadership of RCPD, ensuring the provision of high-quality services and programs that enhance accessibility, promote equity and inclusion, and foster success. This role involves collaborating with university departments, external organizations, and community partners to create and sustain an inclusive environment, while overseeing daily operations, staff, and service delivery.
Shelby has been with MSU since 2008, with a background in administration and student affairs, before joining RCPD in Fall 2020. She has a BS is psychology from Cornerstone University and an MA in Rehabilitation Counseling from MSU. Shelby is passionate about working with students with disabilities and advocating for students and faculty/staff, identifying accommodations for their success.
