Fresh Check Day

Join us for Fresh Check Day on Wednesday, October 15 from noon to 4 p.m. in People’s Park (by the International Center). This interactive event promotes mental health awareness and suicide prevention through student-led activities, campus resources, and community connection. 

Hosted by University Health and Wellbeing in collaboration with groups across MSU, Fresh Check Day offers students a chance to check in with themselves and each other in a supportive, uplifting environment. 

Last year, 90% of attendees reported increased awareness of mental health resources, and 81% said they were more likely to ask for help. This year’s event continues our commitment to building a stronger, healthier Spartan community.
