Join University Health and Wellbeing for an immersive WorkLife Wellbeing Retreat designed to help MSU faculty and staff reconnect with purpose, balance, and community. 

At this no-cost event, participants will: 

  • Explore practical WorkLife tools and resources to support personal and professional wellbeing
  • Dedicate time to reflect and set WorkLife integration goals 
  • Build relationships with other Spartans who value WorkLife wellbeing. 

The WorkLife Wellbeing Retreat will take place Tuesday, May 12, 2026, from 8 to 11:30 a.m. in Room 1202 of the STEM Teaching and Learning Facility. 

An enhanced continental breakfast with protein options is included. Capacity is limited to 50 attendees.  

Register for the WorkLife Wellbeing Retreat in Learning Stream. Supervisor’s approval is recommended before registering.
