Join University Health and Well-Being, the Jordan Porco Foundation, and campus partners for Fresh Check Day, an engaging event dedicated to mental health, well-being, and suicide prevention awareness.
Fresh Check Day brings students together for meaningful conversations about emotional well-being, connection, and support. Through interactive activities, educational resources, and peer-to-peer engagement, students can learn more about caring for themselves and supporting others while exploring the many resources available at Michigan State University.
Around 15 engaging campus booths will be on site, offering activities, information, giveaways, and opportunities to connect with services that support student success and well-being. Best of all? FREE FOOD! Whether you're looking to learn about mental health resources, discover ways to manage stress, connect with fellow Spartans or simply get some SWAG, Fresh Check Day offers something for everyone.
Stop by, explore the booths, participate in activities, and learn how we can build a healthier, more connected campus community together.
See you there!

Volunteering is a great opportunity to support your fellow Spartans, build connections, and contribute to a culture of care on campus. To learn more about volunteer opportunities for students, faculty, and staff, please fill out an interest form online.
