Flu shot letter - Staff

Dear Campus Colleagues;

As the seasons change, I’d like to take this time to encourage you to get your annual flu shot. Getting your flu shot takes only a few moments, but it can save you several days of illness.

I want getting a flu shot to be as easy and barrier-free as possible, which is why University Health and Wellbeing (UHW) is supporting and sponsoring several flu vaccination clinics across campus over the next few weeks. At these clinics, free flu vaccines are available for eligible employees, retirees, and their benefits-eligible dependents (6 months and older).[A1]

Please take a look at the schedule and block some time on your calendar as you are able. These clinics are available on a drop-in basis, and no appointment is required.
