Biography

Kelsey Foote joined team RCPD in September 2017. She is passionate for her work with disabled students and employees and advocates for disability justice on our campus and in our community. Kelsey focuses on individuals' needs holistically, hoping to support MSU students/employees in finding balance, connectivity, and personal well being on our campus.
