Biography
Lara attended Michigan State University to receive their bachelor's in social work in 2019. During undergrad Lara volunteered for organizations like SACI, and EVE to support survivors of domestic and sexual violence in their community. During this time Lara also completed their undergrad internship at MSU's Gender and Sexuality Campus Center. Lara went on to receive their master's in social work from the University of Michigan in 2021 focusing on community change work centered in supporting Tran
