Biography
Cathy is a registered nurse with additional certification as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nurse Examiner. She received her BSN from the University of Michigan in 1979, MSN and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner certification from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 1995 and a post- master's certification in Nurse-Midwifery from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1999.
