Mindful STATE is an emerging university-wide, collaborative initiative to help Spartans learn the benefits of mindfulness and access resources to develop or strengthen their mindfulness practices.
Mindful STATE Days
As deadlines and assignments approach, Mindful STATE Days offer a chance to pause and reset before stress takes hold.
Join fellow Spartans on September 4 and 5 for mindfulness and meditation activities – held virtually and in some of MSU’s beloved spaces. These events will help you be your most grounded, creative, and present self. Whether you are new to mindfulness practices or looking to expand your skills, you’ll find practical, accessible ways to support your wellbeing.
Find more information and register for select programs at UHW’s events webpage.
Event partners include Beal Botanical Garden, MSU College of Music, MSU Extension, and Nurture Your Roots.
Recorded meditations offered by fellow Spartans can be accessed on MSU Media Space in the Mindful STATE channel
