The new academic year can mean new stressors for many.
Set yourself up for a sustainable semester with Mindful STATE Day, an opportunity to develop or strengthen your mindfulness practices around some of MSU’s beloved landmarks.
Thoughtfully designed for busy schedules, this event offers virtual and in-person activities, reducing your barriers to participate. Whether you drop-in during a midday break, access a webinar from your desk, or participate in a full movement session, you can invest in your well-being for the new academic year.
Participants can join any of the following activities:
- Community Meditation Gathering | 8:30 to 9 a.m. | Beaumont Tower
- Start the day in community with other Spartans in this group meditation experience at the base of the iconic Beaumont Tower.
